WE HAVE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL MECHANISED TIMBER TREATING PLANT IN OUR PREMISES TO PRESSURE TREAT ALL TIMBER USING CCA- (Copper Chromate Arsenic).
Treating timber correctly in this manner completely safeguards it from the weather, insect attack and fungal attack thereby increasing its durability.( Botswana is under Hazard class H2) We have a production capacity that allows us to effectively produce multiple jobs and individual houses in the least possible time ensuring that we deliver just on time as per the agreed lead time.

CODES OF PRACTICE :-1. SANS 10163 – THE STRUCTURAL USE OF TIMBER
We design & manufacture our roof trusses using graded timber in conformity to this standard.
2. SANS 10160- THE GENERAL PROCEDURES & LOADINGS TO BE ADOPTED IN THE DESIGN OF BUILDINGS.
Our design system adheres to all general structural design procedures and parameters to be
adopted in the design of buildings and their structural members.
3. SANS 10243- THE MANUFACTURE AND ERECTION OF TIMBER TRUSSES
We manufacture our trusses in compliance with this standard and ensure the erection is done accordingly by providing site support visits and a final inspection.
